Cupcakes piled high with too-sweet frosting are usually too over the top – but how about under the top instead? Namely, a surprise little reservoir of rich, creamy pudding baked into each cupcake’s heart! These amazing double-textured desserts bring double the happiness: enjoy them warm for a ‘lava cake’ effect, or serve them chilled for a mousse cake feel.

1. Toasted Walnut & Dark Chocolate Pudding Cakes
Aromatic walnut butter cake with a fudgy dark chocolate pudding core. All the oomph of a decadent chocolate cake with none of the sugariness.
2. Black Sesame & Matcha Pudding Cakes
Fluffy black sesame cake enclosing a smooth matcha and white chocolate ganache pudding centre. An elegant and satisfying riff on a classic flavour combo.
3. Gula Melaka & Durian Pudding Cakes
Nutty and flavourful gula melaka and almond butter cake surrounding a luscious durian and coconut milk pengat pudding. Durian as you’ve never seen it showcased before!
4. Pistachio & Lemon Cheesecake Pudding Cakes
Fine-crumbed cake fragranced with freshly ground pistachio nuts, wrapped around a rich yet refreshing lemon cheesecake filling infused with lemon zest and white chocolate.
