Chiffon Cakes may not look pretty but they have become one of the most popular household cakes. While they are easily available in the stores, nothing quite compares to a homemade chiffon that is light, soft, moist and full of your favourite flavors. Valerie Kong will share the basic building blocks to ensure success in baking a chiffon cake each time and ways to infuse various local flavors in them.
