Here is a scrumptious menu for festive celebrations that will save you all the trouble of mixing and matching dishes. Learn to cook these perfectly with some practice and you will be all ready for Christmas!

Menu

1. Crown Roast of Lamb 

This impressive dish is reserved only for the most special occasion and never fails to take the centerstage of a festive meal. Created from 2 full racks, the tying of the crown roast, followed by roasting and stuffing will be demonstrated. This regal-looking dish is easier to prepare than it looks, especially with Michele's time-saving methods. One more dish under your hosting repertoire!

2. Pulled Pork Hand-made Pappardelle Pasta

Pulled pork shoulder with mushrooms in a cream sauce goes perfectly with handmade pappardelle pasta which uses an egg pasta dough.

3. Chicken Roulade with Spinach and Parma Ham

Charming enough to serve at a special occasion yet easy enough to make for a weekday dinner. The chicken breast will be marinated and stuffed with spinach , then wrapped with paper-thin parma ham, This can be prepared a day in advance which is a life-saver for a party!

4. Creme Caramel
Creme caramel, the cousin of creme brûlée is just as delicious except it has an easier finishing and a perfectly smooth texture. The caramel is infused with the custard making it a really happy finish for a festive meal.
