1. Braised Boneless Pig’s Knuckle with White Kidney Bean 脱骨猪肘蒸芸豆
A famous Teochew braised dish where the pork’s knuckle is braised with more than ten dried herbs till tender and fall-of-the-bone. It is then steamed with white kidney beans.

2. Jiang Nan Hundred Flower Chicken 江南百花鸡 

Crispy shrimp paste and sesame seeds coated chicken. This is a very unique dish where the chicken meat is deboned and discarded. A stuffing made with shrimp and pork paste is then placed beneath the chicken skin to deep fry till a fragrant golden brown. 

3. Braised Japanese Egg Tofu with Crabmeat in Pumpkin Stock 金瓜蟹粉扒豆腐 

A luxurious  way to serve a healthy tofu dish during CNY by steaming Japanese tofu with crabmeat and shrimps in pumpkin stock.

4. Stir Fried Longevity Noodles 潮式长寿面条 

Stir fried longevity noodles with pork lard, pickled radish strips, bean sprout and chives. A aromatic and auspicious noodle dish that symbolises long life!

Take Home Items

Food samples will be packed. ZOOM participants can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
