1. Tofu and Spinach Spanakopita Triangles

Absolutely crispy, moist finger-food stuffed with juicy spinach and tofu.

2. Baked Chickpea Falafels with Tahini drizzle

Golden and crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful inside, baked gluten-free falafel is a great appetizer to have with an easy and fuss-free homemade tahini sauce.

3. Powerhouse Burgers with Hot and Sweet Apricot Chutney and Balsamic Onion Relish

The ultimate vegan burger with black beans, quinoa, beluga lentils, and other ingredients, served with the most delicious condiments!
