Don't you always wish that you can bake cakes to bring to a picnic or an outdoor party where there is no refrigeration? Chef Jeffery Pan has created a series of flavorful cakes that can 'travel' at room temperature. Not your usual butter cakes, these practical cakes are refreshing and multi-textured. 

Menu

1. Caramel Pineapple Cake 

A liquer-infused caramelised pineapple cake decorated with apricot glazed fruits.

2. Gateau Blackcurrant 

Blackcurrant pureed sponge cake with a blackcurrant sugar glaze topped with angel white baked meringue kisses.

3Hazelnut Butter Cake

A refreshing butter cake made with enhanced premium hazelnut paste layered with dried fig slices and nuts to create contrasting textures. A perfect cake for travelling!
