Kueh bells ring, are you listening? Join us to celebrate the launch of Christopher Tan’s latest cookbook The Way of Kueh, with this special class-cum-makan event. Christopher will demonstrate one all-new recipe, and then share stories about the genesis and making of The Way of Kueh while we all tuck into high tea.
1. New Recipe
Pulut Hitam Almond Cake: A match made in heaven – soft, moist and fragrant pulut hitam (black glutinous rice) butter cake, topped with a crunchy, sweet-salty layer of golden caramelised almonds.
2. Omakase High Tea
After the above recipe demonstration, relax and enjoy a high tea spread of sweet and savoury recipes drawn from Christopher’s greatest hits.
3. ONE autographed copy of The Way of Kueh
