Chef Shih Erh has been acquainted with Thai cuisine since a tender age of 6. Born into a family of accomplished cooks and restauranteurs, she has since carved her own identity of presenting classic original dishes with an added touch of her creation. By popular request, we are repeating this menu.

1. Thai Fish Cake (Thod Mun Pla)

Hand made fish paste with fresh spices and long beans, served with homemade sweet chili sauce.

2. Seafood Steamed Custard with Young Coconut (Hor Mook Telay) 

This is the Thai version of otak otak. A coconut custard infused with fresh herbs and slices of young coconut, packed with seafood like fish, prawns and freshly peeled crab meat. A mouthful of goodness steamed in banana leaf pockets.

3. Grilled Pork Collar with Steamed Glutinous Rice (Kor Moo Yang Khao Neeo)

Marinated pork collar marinated for 24 hours with fresh herbs. Grilled to a perfectly caramelized texture, then dipped in a hot chilli sauce and paired with a steamed Thai glutinous rice - this dish will make you abandon all dieting limits.
