Menu

1. Pork Skewer (Moo Ping)
A popular street food using pork different cuts of pork like pork belly, pork collar and pork jowl. Served with a Thai glutinous rice and a special spicy, tangy and sweet sauce at the side.

2. Hot and Spicy Pork Ribs and Innards Soup (Tom Saab)
A northeastern Thai sour and spicy hot clear soup, filled with the strong flavors of lime and chilli flakes. Chewy pork tripe, innards and pork ribs are added to make this incredibly tasty soup dish. 

3. Crabmeat Curry Cook with Betel Leaf (Gaeng Poo Bai Chapu)
A delicious southern Thai yellow curry that is sweetened with flower crabmeat and local piper leaf.

4. Deep Fried Fish with Thai Sweet Sour Sauce (Biu Wan Pla Thod)
Deep fried whole fish that is served with a sweet piquant sauce made with tamarind and palm sugar.
