Menu

1. Raspberry Chocolate Gateau

A base chocolate almond cake, layered with raspberry jam, raspberry chocolate ganache and chocolate glaze. Looks like a million bucks!

2. Classic Bailey's Chocolate Cake

Bailey's and chocolate are just heavenly matched-made. This one's a treat for the mature chocolate lovers. 

3. French Dark Chocolate Madeleines  

Why not have your madeleines dressed in a delicious dark chocolate ganache? They will be transformed from a simple classic small cake to a decadent delightful petite dessert.
