1. Curry Chicken with Potatoes
Her neighbours and students told her on several occasions, "Your chicken curry smells four storeys down and even in the lift!”. That is the power of a well-made Indian chicken curry.
2. Housewife's Roti Prata
A roti prata dough is relatively simple to make. It is the swinging of the prata dough that may put off many from trying to make a roti prata. Chef Devagi makes a crispy roti prata made of mixture of whole-wheat flour and plain flour, with olive oil and minus the intimidating dough flipping!
3. Fish Curry with Ladies Fingers and Brinjals
We have the prata stacked and we need to have something to eat it with. A prata meal is not complete without some super fish curry!

Take Home Items
Participants will take home a recipe pack and a takeaway portion sample all the food items. Zoom participants can collect onsite or arrange for delivery at a small charge.
