Chef Jeffrey Wang is back with more pretty patisserie that taste as fabulous as they look. Learn easy-to-follow recipes and techniques in making these delicate french pastry.

1. Shiso Strawberry Chocolate Tart

Not like any ordinary, this tart has a uniquely citrusy and almost herbaceous flavor of Shiso (Japanese Basil). Within the sweet crispy cocoa tart base are layers of contrasting flavors such as pepper strawberry frangipane, Shiso almond sponge cake and Shiso ganache. 

2. Pineapple Mango Crispy Tartlet

Made with a fail proof pastry crust, this little tart has a tangy lemon almond filling enhanced by hints of pineapple & passionfruit. Like any good pastry, it is then perfectly balanced with a decadent caramel sauce. 

3. Classic French Palmier

Palmier is a palm leaf or heart shaped classic French pastry. You will love the crunch of the sugar and flaky, buttery layers that practically melt on the tongue.
