She will let you in on the secrets of make a light caramel syrup at just the right temperature to bind the freshly roasted nuts, grains and seeds in these very addictive mini bars.
1. Ipoh Peanut Candy
Using only premium peanuts, this is the classic flavor that will evoke happy memories of childhood snacks.
2. Almond, Hazelnut & Cranberry Candy
Switching peanuts for sliced almonds for a lighter texture, this version is even more addictive than the classic one.
3. Pumpkin Seed Candy
The 'healthiest' variant of them all! Packed with pumpkin and sesame seeds, this can easily pass off as a granola bar being the least sweet of them all.
