Menu

1. Three Cups Chicken (三杯鸡)

This is a popular dish in the Taiwanese cuisine. The name refers to the proportion of ingredients namely - a cup each of the three ingredients : rice wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil. These three sauce ingredients are cooked together to create a thick, dark, reduced syrup that penetrates right into the chicken pieces. 

2. Deep-fried Duck Yam Rolls (芋香鸭)

Succulent duck meat chunks encased in a soft and fluffy taro paste, then deep fried to a golden crispy perfection. These bite-size appetisers are so hard to resist!

3. Bak Kee Soup (肉羹汤)

This is a thick pork and cabbage soup with chewy sliced pork and minced pork balls coated with a silky layer of flour. A comforting and hearty dish that is commonly found in most Fujian homes. Typically each family will have their own special recipe for this traditional dish. 

4. Three Eggs Superior Spinach (三蛋菜)

Soft and tender Chinese spinach leaves cooked in a superior broth infused with century egg and salted egg. The immersion of flavors makes this vegetable dish so appetising that you can even have it alone with rice.
