Menu

1. Tong An Braised Meat (同安封肉)
Famous pork belly with chestnuts, dried oysters and Chinese mushrooms wrapped in a cloth and braised in a delicious gravy for 8 hours. 

2. Stuffed Pork in Lotus Root (莲藕盒子)
This is an all time favourite Fujian snack that has delicious savory pork stuffed between two thin slices of louts roots!

3. Heng Hua Rice Vermicelli (兴华米粉)

A classic Heng Hua speciality. Fried rice vermicelli with seafood both, prawns, clams and topped with seaweed and fried peanuts.

4. 100 Seconds Braised Yellow Croaker (百秒黄鱼)

A quick braised fish with superior stock. The original sweet taste of the yellow croaker is accentuated as the dish uses minimal seasoning.
