A cake will only be as good as its ingredients, that is why he chooses only to use only premium ingredients. Applying simple but precise techniques, these cakes are baked to perfection - light and fluffy, sweet and tangy.
1. French Lemon Cake with White Chocolate Glaze
Light, refreshing, citrusy 'cakelettes' baked in molds that resemble real lemons. Baked with fresh lemons, lemon zest, lemon puree, eggs and premium cake flour.
2. Souffle Cheese Cake
Fluffy, soufflé-style baked cheesecake is hugely popular in Japan. Its moist and smooth texture makes it lighter than many baked cheesecakes. Using premium cream cheese enhances its creamy flavour.
3. Signature Walnut Brownie
A good brownie recipe is never to be missed. Chef Kung will be sharing his signature brownie recipe, one which is wildly popular among his bakes.
