2. Sweet & Sour Pork 咕噜肉

Sweet & sour pork is probably one of the most well-known Chinese dish outside China. It is not hard to see why - the crispy and juicy bite-size pork pieces are drenched with an appetising thick sweet and sour sauce that goes so perfectly well with a bowl of plain rice. 

3.  Steamed Fish with Superior Sauce 蒸鱼

This seemingly simple dish encompasses the fundamentals of an important type of Chinese cooking process. Learn how to make this dish the proper way to bring out the freshness of the fish. 

4. Stir-fried Gai Lan with Oyster Sauce 蚝油芥兰
