Some of the best heritage treats come in small packages! Christopher’s all-new recipes are inspired by our longtime favourites from local bakeries and home econs classes, spruced up and made better using only natural ingredients and zero artificial additives, for maximum flavour.


1. Swan Cream Puffs
A real nostalgic classic – choux pastry puffs shaped like graceful swans, filled with clouds of extra thick and fluffy vanilla-spiked whipped cream.


2. Rum Balls
Decadently rich and fudgy cake-crumb balls laced with dark rum and rolled in chocolate rice. Made completely from scratch and better than anything you can buy.


3. Paper-Wrapped Sponge Cakes
The Chinese bakery standby, moulded in tall paper-lined cups. Fragrant, egg-rich and feathery-soft, these are best eaten as fresh as possible. Simple and straightforward to make.


4. Cheese Scones
Laden with mature cheese, these savoury scones have a light, tender crumb under crisply browned and craggy crusts. Great just on their own with butter or served with stews, soups or even curries.

Take Home Items

Onsite participants will bring home a set of food samples. ZOOM participants WITH food samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
