1. Kueh Talam Tart
Wow your guests with this kueh-inspired dessert, which layers fresh coconut cooked with palm sugar, sweet pandan pudding, and lightly salted coconut milk pudding in a flaky tart crust. Get ready for multidimensional flavour fireworks!
2. Thai Otak-Otak Tartlets
Individual tart shells – super easy to shape – hold fresh Thai basil leaves and succulent hor mok (Thai seafood otak-otak) scented with red curry paste and lime leaves, complemented by a coconut cream topping. An unusual and delicious appetiser or tapas item.
3. Chocolate & Vanilla Slice
