In home cooking, we often just cook what we love to eat, regardless the type of cuisine. The common denominator for all cuisines is the use of fresh ingredients and tasty flavor pairing. So join us in this menu of delicious crowd pleasing dishes by Chef Michele Ow. 

Menu 

1. Squid Ink Risotto 

Cook your risotto perfectly with the umami taste of squid ink and succulent Hokkaido scallops, ikura and radish. Simple yet classy. 

2. Fresh Pasta Lasagne 

Make all the components from scratch in this mouth-watering classic. Fresh pasta sheets in slow-cooked beef ragu and bechamel sauce. 

3. Clam Chowder

Live clams are used to extract the clam juice that will go into making this well-loved hearty soup thickened by potatoes.  

4. Chicken Florentine

Pieces of juicy chicken served on a bed of spinach and creamy sauce - the best protein and vegetable combination.
